A new fence has been installed at our grounds as part of our development programme around our main flagship pitch.
Our major golf classic is in Strandhill golf club on this Friday, 22nd august. There are a small number of tee times left and we would ask anyone interested to contact the golf club on 071 9168725 as soon as possible. We are also looking for a final few tee sponsors and anyone interested can contact any member of the committee.
All parents, members, supporters, sponsors and friends are invited to a complimentary evening in strandhill golf club on Friday 22nd august commencing at 10pm. This to acknowledge the milestone of our first two phases completing.

Strand Celtic recently held their sod turning ceremony for their new clubhouse at Strandhill Community Park in the heart of Strandhill village. Minister of state, Jimmy Devins, supported by other local politicians performed the turning of the initial sod.
All of our under 7/8/9 and 10 players will be taking part in our annual trip to salthill devon on sunday 15th June. It promises to be a great day of fun and football with salthill hosting us for the last five years.
The Sligo Rovers first team squad will attend the last training session for our Colts section on saturday June 14th.
Strand Celtic won the club of the year award at the Sligo & Leitrim Schoolboys and Schoolgirls league tonight. Club Chairman Mick McEnroe and youth managers Brian Redmond and Justin Harte took the award on behalf of the club. Congratulations to all. More details and pictures to follow later.
