All parents, members, supporters, sponsors and friends are invited to a complimentary evening in strandhill golf club on Friday 22nd august commencing at 10pm.
The club are hosting the evening as a thank you for everyone’s efforts towards our development plan. The initial phases have delivered two new pitches and a new clubhouse, which is expected to be completed by the end of September. These projects have cost over €350,000 and while some state funding has been forthcoming there has been a great effort put in by everyone in our community. We would encourage you to put the date in your diary as it promises to be a great community event.
There will be a wine and cheese reception for our sponsors followed by a light buffet for everyone attending with music until late. The club are very grateful to strandhill golf club for hosting us on Friday night next. There are also a host of fantastic spot prizes to be given out on the night.
We would encourage all members, players and parents to come along for a good night’s entertainment. In addition any new people to the area of ransboro, strandhill and the west side of Sligo town are welcome and we are sure that they will find the evening a great way to get to know people.
There is no charge for the event as with the completion of the first two phases of our development plan the club felt it was important to acknowledge the support of the community to our developments. So please come along and enjoy a good night. |
