Our Danone Cup side were extremely unlucky to go out to Cliffoney-Grange on penalties in a play off on Sunday morning last in the Showgrounds.

Our lads held the lead with a four – one lead at half time but a strong Cliffoney-Grange comeback left the game tied at four all. Then just when it looked like a late goal would seal it for us a late penalty left the sides level. Well done to all the players and they round off their season next Sunday when they host our old friends Salthill Devon and MErville in a three team blitz.
