As part of the clubs ongoing coach education programme we will have five coaches on the Kick Start I coaching course next weekend. Those coaches confirmed on the course in Sligo are Roger Murray, Ryan McEnroe, Nigel Morahan, Paul Higgins and Michael Shovlin. Further kick start I courses are available on 7th and 8th of May and on the 17th and 18th of September.

In addition there is a Kick Start II course on the 27th and 28th of March in Sligo. There is also a Youth Certificate course on February 19/20/21st in Castlebar. Demand is usually very high so any coaches wishing to go on a course should contact our head of coaching, Maurice Monaghan, on 087 946 7167. Maurice will put you on the provisional list for the course. The club sponsors all courses up to Youth Cert level for our coaches so there is no cost to the coach.
